Pasta Class

Justin Walker will show you his favorite pasta recipes, techniques and tricks for making pasta successfully and beautifully.
We will be be making both hand-made, filled pastas, as well as extruded pastas during this class.

This HANDS ON cooking class is lead by Matt “Powder” Jauck, and Justin Walker.
Class size limited to 12 guests so we can really get our Hands-On!

This class we will focus on three recipes: Donuts, Beignets and Funnel Cakes…and yes, you heard that correctly. We are going to have a lot of fun with this class, and hold this experience right in the Walkers Maine kitchen!
